Video game update management tool firm GameShadow has announced a partnership with Eidos Interactive to include version 2.0 of GameShadow’s update and patching software in all of Eidos' PC releases for spring 2006, including such titles as Tomb Raider: Legend and Hitman: Blood Money. Those buying the game will be able to quickly and easily install the GameShadow software, and this will ensure that they are able to automatically receive free patches and updates to these Eidos titles, as well as gaining access to a whole library of updates, patches and demos for other popular PC titles. Chris Glover, Head of Communications at Eidos said, "Gameshadow is simple to use and allows our gamers access to lots of downloadable extras and demos, plus it ensures they are treated to a special of level [sic] customer care." Tony Treadwell, GameShadow founder, said, "We are delighted to be working with Eidos to ensure that gamers get the most out of their PCs. Gamers can use GameShadow to get software updates that improve the performance of their hardware and to make sure that they always up-to-date with the latest upgrades and free giveaways for Eidos games."
