Mobile advertising firm AdCell Media announced the release of its third generation Mobile Ad-Insertion Technology. This includes the client side Ad-In SDK 3.0 and the Internet/WAP side Ad-In Server 3.0 The overall objective of AdCell's Mobile Ad-Insertion Technology is to make it fast, simple, and easy for advertisers, developers, publishers, and carriers to deliver ad-supported mobile content to consumers. Release 3.0 meets that objective. The company notes that it has achieved this objective with release 3.0. As an example, AdCell notes that a content developer can put the Ad-In-SDK in their game, application, or video in less than one day, and start earning advertising revenue. Advertisers also have a choice of ad-enabled content from a rapidly growing AdCell Media “Fun & Games” Catalog. An advertiser or their ad agency will typically be able to launch a targeted ad campaign in less than 30 days from inception. “Advertisers can now launch a targeted ad campaign to cell phone consumers that carefully match their message to their targeted consumer using appropriate content and sophisticated in-context ads,” said David Fradin, president of AdCell Media. “We are pretty excited about the new capabilities of release 3.0 of our Ad-In SDK. It refines the quality and types of ads available. It automatically re-sizes ads for a wide variety of phone display resolutions. And it operates with both J2ME and BREW cell phone operating systems.”
