Developer Omegame has announced that its video game user interface toolchain Omegame Menus Master has been brought to the Nintendo Wii and is now available for all third party Wii developers to use in customizing their interfaces. Menus Master is a bundle of three products: Menus Master Studio, Menus Master Data Generator and Menus Master Development Kit. Menus Master Studio is dedicated to the artists; it allows the quick and easy creation of any kind of game UI through its user-friendly visual interface. Menus Master Data Generator is a processing module, batchable with the game production pipeline. Menus Master Development Kit is Menus Master’s SDK, that allows the programmers to integrate the UI into the game. Said sales and marketing director Sebastien Kohn, “The Wii system is very exciting for Omegame; it has broadened the video game audience to a new demographic, unfamiliar to video games. An intuitive User Interface is critical to offer these new gamers a great experience that will convince them to keep playing video games”.
