Nvidia Doubled Revenues, Profits Last Year

With fewer competitors and a lucrative deal Xbox deal in the bag, <a href="http://www.nvidia.com">Nvidia</a> reported record revenues and earnings for Q4 and the year ending January 28, 2001.

Revenues for the fiscal year ending January 28 were up 96% to $735.3 million, and net income for the year shot up 162% to $99.9 million. For fiscal Q4, revenues increased by 70% to $218.2 million, and net income hit $31.1 million ($0.38 per diluted share) compared to $14.6 million ($0.19 per diluted share) a year earlier.
