Nintendo officials are reportedly preparing to launch the iQue console in South and Central America. The iQue console is a modified Nintendo 64 specially made for the Chinese market to deter piracy by utilizing re-writeable cartridges instead of standard media. The South American launch of the machine is expected to occur before the end of the company’s current financial year. Source: SPOnG
