Nintendo Drops U.S. GameCube Price
Matching the console price cuts announced last week by Sony and Microsoft, Nintendo today announced it will drop the price of the GameCube in the U.S. by $50, to $149.95.

The new price will take effect tomorrow. The company said it has shipped 4.5 million GameCubes worldwide since its launch in Japan in September.
