International outsourcing multimedia company Nikitova LLC announced that it has opened a new satellite office in Los Angeles. The new office will serve for business development, client support, and projects coordination needs of the company. "This expansion is part of our vision due to the new business model, outsourcing as a development partnership, to build long-term relationships with our clients,” commented Nikitova CEO Olya Nikitova. “The opening of the LA office will emphasize our commitment to provide the best support to our North American customers and let them benefit a closer relationship with our growing production teams that are located in Eastern Europe." This latest expansion marks the second for the outsourcing company in recent months. In August Nikitova announced that it had begun work that will eventually see four new office openings within the Ukraine, including offices in Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Odessa and Lvov. In addition, game-related outsourcing itself has become a topic of much debate recently, with Amritt Ventures, a corporate advisory service, this summer publishing its survey findings, noting a mixed reaction from the 317 United States game-industry participants surveyed between May and July 2006 - but the industry seemingly working swiftly towards efficiency on the matter.
