Electronic Art’s Neil Young has announced at GDC that he has taken over as general manager of Maxis, the developer responsible for hit titles such as SimCity and The Sims. Young’s previous work was a producer of The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. He replaces current general manager Luc Barthelet. Source: GameSpot
