Nintendo of Europe managing director, David Gosen has been quoted as saying that the successor to the GameCube, code-named ‘N5’, will launch in Europe in 2006. This tallies with previous comments from Japan, which have indicated that the new console will launch there in 2005, presumably during the latter half of the year.
