Casual game developer MumboJumbo (Luxor) has announced an agreement with game developer Reflexive Entertainment (Wik: Fable of Souls) to release some of the developer's titles at retail. The new deal includes plans to distribute casual underwater adventure game Big Kahuna Reef 2, as well as puzzle game Mosaic: Tomb of Mystery. In addition, MumboJumbo will be distributing a third, yet unannounced upcoming title from Reflexive. MumboJumbo expects to make Reflexive’s games available at retail in late 2006 and into early 2007. Reflexive and MumboJumbo have previously worked together to bring the developer's titles to retail, having when it brought Ricochet Lost Worlds and Ricochet Xtreme to store shelves both in boxed and budget jewelcase form. Apart from its current business as a casual game developer, Reflexive represents one of the largest casual game distribution networks, with more than 500 affiliates distributing over 500 games to its online audience. Said Reflexive's Michael Mei, “With the retail availability of Big Kahuna Reef 2 and Mosaic we’ll be able to deliver some of our most successful games to new audiences. As a publisher, MumboJumbo has the experience and retail relationships to get our games where they need to be.”
