Eidos Mobile, the console developer/publisher's mobie gaming division, has announced an entirely new mobile game IP, entitled Prism: Light the Way, developed by Morpheme Game Studios (Go to Hell, Everything Explodes). The title, available now for handsets and as a PC download, was marks Morpheme's first multi-platform release. The BAFTA and DEVELOP awards-winning studio was founded in 1999 and delivered over 20 mobile titles in that time. Its new title, Prism, is an action-puzzler filled with psychedelic visuals and audio, somewhat along the lines of Q Entertainment's Lumines, Gunpey EX, or Meteos. Gamers must mirror, split, and otherwise manipulate light beams to keep all the friendly, light-eating "Glowbos" alive. Morpheme CEO Matt Spall said, "As our first move into the world of combined PC and mobile development, we’re all extremely proud of how Prism: Light the Way looks and plays – we’re very pleased to be working with Eidos on the game, their integrated approach to platform strategy is both refreshing and very forward looking."
