Microsoft has announced that its forthcoming regular Wednesday Xbox Live Arcade update will see the release of a new casual card game title, Silver Creek Entertainment's Soltrio Solitaire, featuring 18 solitaire games. Silver Creek Entertainment have previously released a number of other early Xbox Live Arcade casual titles, including Hardwood Hearts, Hardwood Spades and Hardwood Backgammon. In addition to the included standard card play, Soltrio Solitaire will feature a new "Voyage Adventure" mode, in which players travel around a map playing solitaire games to unlock custom card designs, as well as the game's previously announced co-op and competitive two-player game modes. In the competitive mode, two games will take place simultaneously, with both players sharing the same foundation piles, resulting in a "fight over the piles in the race to win the game," whereas co-op mode will let players work together to finish the game with the best score possible, including the ability to pass cards. With support for the Xbox Live Vision Camera rounding off its feature list, the game will appear on live on Wednesday, May 16th in all regions save Korea at a price of 800 points ($10).
