Officials from wireless publisher and distributor MFORMA have announced that the company has acquired MobileGame Korea (MoGame). MoGame, now MFORMA Korea, will be used to aggregate content from hundreds of developers in Korea for MFORMA to distribute to wireless carriers in China, Europe, and the U.S. The company will also continue to distribute MFORMA’s titles from around the world in the Korean marketplace. The merger is the culmination of a two year collaboration between the two companies. Source: MFORMA
