Officials from Canadian games publisher and peripheral manufacturer Hip Interactive have announced that the company has acquired French publisher LSP. The company has purchased all outstanding shares in LSP for €3 million ($3.8m), with company president and CEO Arindra Singh claiming that this acquisition may be the first of several. The move is intended to give the company easier access to the European market and conversely LSP access to North America. The two companies have already worked together on a number of a projects before the acquisition. Source: Hip Interactive
