Sales in Japan have dipped again this week to just 59.47% of the weekly average, largely due to a lack of significant new releases. The latest Full Metal Alchemist title achieved an acceptable 41,000 unit sales, with other new entries scoring lower than 30,000. Hardware sales were also stagnant, with the Game Boy Advance maintaining a lead market share of 51.58 percent, the PlayStation 2 following behind with 39.53 percent, the GameCube at 8.20 percent and the Xbox at 0.46 percent.
