Introversion has confirmed it is working with Microsoft to bring both its PC strategy-action title Darwinia and its upcoming multiplayer update,Multiwinia: Survival of the Flattest, to Xbox Live Arcade in early Fall 2008. The company made the announcement official after ESRB ratings information surfaced on the Board's official site, calling it "quite possibly one of the worst-kept secrets in Introversion’s history." Introversion says both titles will be released as a single package called Darwinia+, while Multiwinia, which the company called "the natural conclusion of what we started with Darwinia way back in 2002," will see a PC release simultaneously with the package's XBLA debut. Introversion creative director Chris Delay added, "When we first started Introversion back in 2001, the idea of developing our games for a console seemed an impossible challenge, and whilst we have built a fantastic community around our PC games, and will continue to support that, it has always been our dream to take the next step and produce a console title.”
