Representatives from video game accessories manufacturer Intec have announced that the company has acquired the InterAct brand name and intellectual property, to include all copyright, patents, trademarks and domain names. Although its parent company filed for bankruptcy protection over a year ago InterAct Accessories accounted for up to 70% of the third party accessories market during the late 90s.
