The war of words between Infinium Labs, makers of the Phantom console, and hardware review site [H]ard|OCP has taken a new turn for the worst, amidst claims that CEO Timothy Roberts lied in court over whether the company had any business dealings in Texas. According to [H]ard|OCP and website whereisphantom.com the company has numerous contacts and conducted business in Texas, and even had an office in the state, directly contradicting what Kevin Bachus and Roberts have declared in court. There has as yet been no official response from Infinium Labs on these new allegations, but they are likely to make a robust legal counter to the accusations. Source: [H]ard|OCP
