Officials from Canadian firm Hip Interactive have announced that the company has completed the acquisition of World Entertainment Broadcasting Corp., which trades under the name of PC and console publisher Arush Entertainment. The two companies have worked together for a number of years, with Hip Interactive now acquiring all of Arush’s intellectual properties and licenses, including those for forthcoming titles Playboy: The Mansion and Fear Factor: Unleashed.
