Vivendi Universal Interactive Publishing (VU Interactive Publishing). The name change standardizes the Vivendi name the across the company -- VU Interactive Publishing is itself a subsidiary Vivendi Universal Publishing. VU Interactive Publishing is made up of two operating divisions, Vivendi Universal Interactive Publishing North America (VU Interactive Publishing NA) and Vivendi Universal Interactive Publishing International. Each controls the sales, distribution and operations within its region.
