This week's top rental charts from U.S. game rental company GameFly, representing the most requested games for the week ending October 27, highlights the popularity surrounding video game titles that have been already released, as well as those that are yet to debut. The week's most popular titles across all platforms were topped by requests for Vivendi's upcoming Xbox 360 port of F.E.A.R. Activision's multiplatform action role-playing game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance was the second most requested title across all platforms, followed by Microsoft's highly anticipated Gears of War. The same three also ranked as the most requested titles for the Xbox 360 as well. Looking to the original Xbox, THQ's Destroy All Humans! 2 was the most requested title for the week, followed by Electronic Arts' upcoming Need for Speed: Carbon and Eidos' Justice League Heroes. Bully once again topped all requests for PlayStation 2 releases for the week, while Square Enix's Final Fantasy XII and Activision's Marvel: Ultimate Alliance filled out the remaining two spots on the chart. GameCube requests for the week were topped by Need for Speed: Carbon, followed by THQ's Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island and Electronic Arts' The Sims 2: Pets. Game Boy Advance requests were once again led by Nintendo's Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team. D3P's Naruto: Ninja Council 2 was the second most requested title for the platform for the week, followed by the Nintendo published role-playing epic Final Fantasy V. Pokemon Ranger moved into the top spot on the weekly Nintendo DS chart, knocking Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis into the second position. Atlus' recently shipped Contact rounded out the top three Nintendo DS requests for the week. Looking toward the PSP, the Rockstar developed Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories topped the chart, followed by Electronic Arts' Medal of Honor: Heroes. Activision's Marvel: Ultimate Alliance rounded out the top three PSP requests for the week. GameFly requests for titles for the PlayStation 3 were again dominated by Sony's Resistance: Fall of Man, followed by Activision's Call of Duty 3 and Vivendi's F.E.A.R.. Wii requests were again topped by Ubisoft's Wii-exclusive Red Steel. Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was the second most requested Wii title for the week, followed by Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
