Representatives from video game infrastructure developer Game Trust have announced the sale of $5.5 million of the company’s stock in a Series A financing. The financing was oversubscribed by $2.5 million – led by Silicon Alley Venture Partners and Topspin Partners. Other investors include CSK Ventures and Intel Capital along with angels that include Elon Musk, co-founder of Paypal and Zip2, and Timothy Draper of Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
