This week sees slowdown in the volume of game releases in markets across the globe, following last week's launch of the Nintendo DS in North America, alongside a dozen or so large titles. Game Boy Advance: Metal Slug Advance The U.S. market experienced another sluggish week for game releases overall, topping even last week’s reduced number of software titles. However, a couple of major titles have emerged from the post-Thanksgiving haze, particularly Ubisoft's gorier, more action-packed sequel, Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within and EA's PC RTS Armies Of Exigo. While the Japanese market was almost as sluggish as the U.S., titles including the native Final Fantasy I & II and imports in the form of The Urbz: Sims in the City and Need For Speed Underground 2 surfaced.
