The American Securities and Exchange Commission has found ex-Nvidia employee David Chang guilty of insider trading and fined him $116,000. Chang and fifteen other employees were acussed of using information, regarding NVidia's contract to supply components for the Xbox 2, in order to profit on the stock market prior to the public announcement of the deal.
