In this latest Gamasutra art gallery, we feature the animation of Trent Kaniuga, a senior concept artist at Capcom U.S.A in Sunnyvale, California, where he's currently working on console brawler Final Fight: Streetwise. He started his work in the video game industry on handheld versions of Terminator 3 and He-Man, and also plied his trade in the world of comics with his own title, CreeD, also working with properties such as Ghost Rider for Marvel. As for his inspiration, Kaniuga cites the obvious: "Mostly people... or what I remember of them. You and your quirky little behaviors. If you were here now, I would grab your cheeks and make little monkey noises." You can learn more about Kaniuga and view some of his work, including concept artwork for Final Fight: Streetwise and other Capcom projects, in this latest Gamasutra art gallery.
