Proceeds from the $29.99 bundle of Sony Computer Entertainment America's Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider Underworld and Electronic Arts' Mercenaries 2 will help support the foundation's efforts to distribute scholarships and grants for youth-focused programs. "We appreciate the support of the ESA Foundation's partners who made this year's game pack possible and look forward to using its proceeds to provide grants to organizations that are making a difference for young people as well as scholarships for women and minority students," said ESA president and CEO Michael Gallagher in a statement. Sales of previous charity game packs have brought in millions of dollars for the foundation, including $2.6 million raised in 2008 and $1.5 million raised in 2005. The foundation also earns brings in money through its annual Nite to Unite fundraiser events, which have raised $11 million in the past 12 years. Companies that contributed to make this year's game pack possible include Electronic Arts, Eidos Interactive, Sony Computer Entertainment America, Crystal Dynamics, Square Enix, Inc., Naughty Dog, Sony DADC, Shorewood Packaging, and CMB Design Partners.
