The CMP Game Group -- presenters of the largest global event dedicated to video game creation, the Game Developers Conference and parent group of Gamasutra.com -- and leading technology, media and events company, IDG, have announced an exciting line-up of influential Chinese game experts who will deliver insightful sessions at the upcoming Game Developers Conference (GDC) China. These key speakers will introduce topics relevant to local and international companies looking to enter the rapidly growing Chinese game industry. Taking place August 27-29, 2007 at the Shanghai International Convention Center, GDC China will offer an insider's viewpoint of the game business in China. Registration and the current line-up of speakers is available online at the conference website. Leading the Outsourcing track is Jun Hao Liao, Producer, Epic Games China, who will address "Design and Production Pipelines in Next-Gen Game Environment." Xiang Wang, Senior Programmer, Netease, is heading the Online track with "Anti-Hacking and Anti-Cheating: Programming for Online Games." Presenting "How to Win Big Projects from Big Companies" is Shigeru Chigusa, President, Tose Software (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, and Xiaojun Hui, Product Manager and Game Producer, Netease, will discuss "Virtual World Construction." Feng Zhu, Co-Founder, Possibility Space and Founder, Feng Zhu Design will address "Concept Design in Games and Films." Said senior conference manager Meggan Scavio, "Securing these high caliber Chinese game industry professionals confirms our commitment to providing attendees with the critical knowledge, skills and resources needed to get a head start in this ever-growing market."
