Representatives from Epic Games and Scion Studios have announced that the two developers are to merge, with Michael Capps, former CEO of Scion, becoming president of Epic Games and Tim Sweeney staying on as chairman and CEO. Although there are not expected to be any job losses the Scion Studios name will disappear and only Epic Games will be used in the future. The Scion team are currently working on Unreal Chamiponship 2 for the Xbox. Source: Scion Studios
