Discreet Ships combustion 2

Discreet is shipping combustion 2, the latest version of its paint, animation and 3D compositing software. combustion 2 features 64-bit image-processing, film grain tools and color Look-Up Table (LUT) management. The new version also includes a fully editable interactive schematic view, a fully integrated 2D particle system, an optimized 2D software renderer, and OpenGL support for the new particle system and its 3D compositing environment. Discreet's combustion 2 for Macintosh and Windows is now shipping at a launch price of $3,495, but in February will begin selling for $4,995. The upgrade price from the original version of combustion is $795 until May 2002, and $1,495 thereafter.
