Officials from Digital Chocolate, the mobile game developer set up by 3DO and Electronic Arts founder Trip Hawkins, have announced that the company has acquired Finnish developer and publisher Sumea. The acquisition will give the company a significant presence in the European mobile game market, as well as broadening its catalogue of games in all territories. Source: gamesindustry.biz
