Alchemic Dream Inc., a provider of customer support and other services for MMOGs, has announced an agreement with UK-headquartered game publisher Codemasters to provide customer support and game mastering services for the publisher's upcoming MMOG titles. Codemasters intends to propose a high-quality MMO experience to its players, and Alchemic Dream's customer service is a step to reach this goal, according to the firm. Codemasters is currently in the process of bringing major Korean MMO RF Online to the West, and it's presumed that this will be the first title to benefit from Alchemic Dream's help. Aurélien Merville, CEO of Alchemic Dream Inc. explains: "Codemasters wishes to propose the greatest quality for its MMOG with excellent games, an amazing infrastructure and a very high quality of services. We are very proud of joining our forces with Codemasters for this mission, and we are sure that players will benefit this partnership!" Says Phil White, Head of MMO Gaming at Codemasters: "We’re delighted to be working with Alchemic Dream Inc and its portfolio of services. As we head towards the introduction of our first major MMO release, RF Online, in 2006, we’re confident Alchemic Dream in providing the support mechanics for our customers." Alchemic Dream also recently landed the contract to localize Second Life for Linden Labs.
