Codemasters Appoints New Chairman

Officials have announced the appointment of David Darling as chairman of the board of Codemasters Group Ltd. Having launched the company eighteen years ago with his brother Richard and his father Jim, David, 36, will now take over as chairman from his father, who remains on the board of directors. A past winner of the UK Entrepreneur of the Year award, David has commented that, "Codemasters will continue to grow through investment in our most successful franchises and the new brands that are being created specifically to take the company forward onto future generation gaming formats."
