CD Projekt Red Appoints Tom Ohle As PR, Marketing VP

Polish developer CD Projekt Red (The Witcher) has announced it has appointed Tom Ohle as VP of public relations and marketing for North America the UK, a move the company says is geared at expanding its reach in those regions.

Polish developer CD Projekt Red (The Witcher) has announced it has appointed Tom Ohle as VP of public relations and marketing for North America the UK. Ohle most recently served as director of his PR studio, Evolve PR. He has led marketing campaigns for companies including Atari, BioWare, Microsoft Game Studios, NVIDIA and Stardock. The company says Ohle's hiring is a step in its goal of expanding its reach in North America and the UK following the debut of The Witcher, which the company calls "a worldwide hit." CD Projeckt Red CEO Adam Kicinksi commented, "We have been working with Tom for some time now and our collaboration has been very productive. Appointing Tom to the position of Vice President is a big step towards strengthening our position in the demanding Western markets, particularly in America. With Tom as our representative, our confidence in the commercial success of our titles is greatly boosted."
