Casual, Educational Games Win Awards

Three online games—Snood, Jig Jag!, and Cherokee Trails—won honors from The Shareware Industry Awards Foundation at an awards banquet gala in Rochester, N.Y., yesterday. The three games-related winners were Cherokee Trails by Pharos Games for best educational program or game (www.pharosgames.com); Jig Jag! Gold by JigJag Ltd. for best non-action game (www.jigjag.com); and Snood by Word of Mouse Games for best action/arcade game (www.snood.com).
