Capcom Names New President and CEO

Gardner, who has been with Capcom since 1997, will head up all of Capcom’s North American activities, including its Capcom Entertainment, Capcom USA, Capcom Coin-Op, Capcom Arcades and Capcom Digital Studios divisions. “In the four years since Mr. Gardner has been with Capcom, he has been instrumental in bringing Capcom Entertainment to record sales and profit achievement,” said Kenzo Tsujimoto, chairman of Capcom, “The company has built many franchise products during this time and its success is in large part because of Mr. Gardner's talent for managing the business and the resources.”
