Capcom has announced that the publisher's Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law title previously detailed for PlayStation 2 and PSP will now be coming to the Nintendo Wii as well for its November 13th release. In development by High Voltage (Haunted Mansion, Family Guy), Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law features a courtroom setting similar that that seen in Phoenix Wright, and will offer players a collection of legal cases, each acting as a self contained story. According to Capcom, the game “is primarily an interactive story that the player participates in, rather than a challenge-based game that needs to be won.” Capcom promises the title will, like the TV show, feature "outrageous gameplay and the comical antics of hilarious animated characters," and says "players and fans alike will feel that they are not just taking control of a character, but actually taking part in a brand new episode of Harvey Birdman." No specific details of Wii functionality have yet been announced, nor any content exclusive to the Wii release -- presumably players will control the game with the Wiimote through normal point and click interactions, much like the DS's touch controls for the Phoenix Wright titles.
