United Kingdom TV broadcaster Channel 4 is slated to publish a few games from European indies RetroFist, No Code, and Snowhound this year under the aegis of its new All 4 Games mobile game publishing division.

This is chiefly notable for being Channel 4's biggest push yet into the mobile game market, something that may interest mobile game makers curious about working with a publisher who's also a public-service broadcaster.

Of course, the broadcasting firm has a history of game industry involvement, having hired UK game industry veteran Colin Macdonald as its first games commissioning editor in 2011.

Channel 4 has also run funding efforts for UK game developers and publishing programs for browser games, but the new All 4 Games division is a recent development. Announced late last year, it now plans to publish three mobile games in the first quarter of 2016 from indie studios in Scotland, Finland and the UK.

Developers curious to learn more about Channel 4's new mobile publishing program can do so via the All 4 Games website.
