The playthrough, which took over 16 days, saw over 1 million people enter commands into the game, and over 122 million commands entered in total. The stream saw over 9 million unique viewers in total, while at its peak, there was over 121,000 concurrent players. In total, over 1 billion minutes of Twitch Plays Pokemon were watched. The phenomenon doesn't appear to be slowing down either, as the new playthrough of Pokemon Crystal currently has over 37,000 concurrent viewers.
