[In this weekly column, Gamasutra rounds up the most popular paid and free gaming applications on Google Play as of today, with Draw Something, World of Goo and Shadowgun currently ranking among the platform's top downloads.] This week's top paid titles are: 1. Draw Something ($0.99) 2. World of Goo ($4.99) 3. Shadowgun ($0.49) 4. Osmos HD ($0.49) 5. Flick Golf Extreme ($0.49) 6. Dead Space ($0.49) 7. Quell Reflect ($0.49) 8. Sprinkle ($0.49) 9. Cut the Rope ($0.49) 10. Where's My Water? ($0.99) OMGPOP's Draw Something leads as this week's biggest-selling Android app, dropping the recent Google Play favorite World of Goo to second place. A spate of price-dropped titles occupy the majority of the remaining chart spots, with Madfinger's third-person shooter Shadowgun, Hemisphere Games' physics puzzler Osmos HD, and Full Fat's Flick Golf Extreme proving especially popular during Google Play's launch week. Here are this week's top free Android game applications: 1. Draw Something Free 2. Skater Boy 3. Angry Birds 4. Ninja Chicken 5. Words With Friends Free 6. Tetris Free 7. Fruit Ninja Free 8. Parking Frenzy 2.0 9. Angry Birds Rio 10. Word Search Runnergames' autoscrolling platformer Skater Boy and a trial version of Draw Something head up the free app rankings, leaving former chart-topper Angry Birds at third place. MoMinis' Ninja Chicken captures fourth place after a recent update, meanwhile, as Words With Friends Free trails close behind at fifth.
