THQ has announced that it will expand its
uDraw line of games -- along with its uDraw GameTablet accessories -- to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, according to the company.
The uDraw -- THQ's own third party-produced tablet accessory for Nintendo's Wii -- debuted in November of 2010 to significant popularity.
Four games have been released for the accessory thus far:
Dood's Big Adventure,
uDraw Studio,
Pictionary, and
SpongeBob Squigglepants. Six additional titles, including
Kung Fu Panda 2, will ship during THQ's fiscal 2012.
The uDraw GameTablet has shipped 1.7 million units worldwide. In a Gamasutra-attended conference call, THQ CEO Brian Ferrell said this number was "well in excess" of its initial expectation of 1 million units in the fiscal year.
