Sony released a series of videos today as part of its "PlayStation Vita Game Heaven" broadcast, with details of upcoming PS Vita games, including the fact that Phantasy Star Online 2 is set for a Vita launch. The "PlayStation Vita Game Heaven" event, set to feature presentations from various PS Vita game developers, was presented as a series of videos available to watch via Sony's website. Among the announcements made, Sega revealed that its upcoming PC title Phantasy Star Online 2 is also due to see a release on PS Vita in 2013. Both versions of the game will use the same servers, and you'll be able to play the same character in both versions, reports Andriasang. Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune also confirmed that he is working on a title for the PS Vita, although no details regarding the game were provided. Another mystery was Sony's "Discovery Project" announcement. A collaboration with Japanese publisher Kadokawa Games, Discovery Project has not yet been fully explained, although a teaser website for the initiative suggests that user-generated content is involved. The teaser website also notes that animation houses Robot and Ufotable are involved.
