Rovio appoints new country director for India and South Asia

Angry Birds creator appoints Anurag Sachdeva as its new Country Director for India and South Asia.

Newsbrief: Angry Birds developer Rovio is looking to bolster its presence worldwide with the appointment of Anurag Sachdeva as country director for India and South Asia. 

Sachdeva, who previously worked at Vodafone and Virgin Mobile India, will help the mobile giant "raise its game" in the region, according to Rovio CCO, Alex Lambeek. 

"Anurag has proven to be an asset steering the growth of Rovio in this very important market," said Lambeek.

"He brings valuable experience to our Flock’s leadership in South Asia and he will be key to helping us raise our game even further in the region."
