Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list. This week brings Mass Effect 3 and Street Fighter x Tekken to store shelves alongside competing baseball sims from Sony and 2K Sports. The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending March 10th, 2012. Games Released in the United States: The final chapter in BioWare's Mass Effect trilogy premieres stateside this week, boasting expanded combat options (including a redesigned cover system), improved partner AI, and a multiplayer co-op mode that supports up to four players. This week also brings the multiplatform release of competing baseball sims from Sony and 2K Sports. MLB 12: The Show arrives as the first baseball title for the recently launched PS Vita portable, while 2K's Major League Baseball 2K12 will see release across a majority of platforms, including the PlayStation 2.
