Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list. This week brings Mario Kart 7 to the 3DS in North America, while Japan gets Monster Hunter 3G and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending December 10th, 2011. Games Released in the United States: Nintendo's 3DS kart racer Mario Kart 7 premieres in North America this week. Continuing a franchise that began in 1992 with Super Mario Kart for the Super NES, Mario Kart 7 boasts a collection of new features, including online play and track segments that take place underwater and in the sky. Square Enix's long-running Itadaki Street series sees its first North American release with this week's launch of the Wii board game Fortune Street, meanwhile, as Ubisoft's popular Just Dance 3 makes its way to the PlayStation 3 with support for the PlayStation Move peripheral. A multiplatform adaptation of the upcoming CG animated film The Adventures of Tintin rounds out this week's domestic lineup, while Square Enix's classic 16-bit RPG Final Fantasy VI is set to debut as a downloadable title for the PS3 and PSP. Nintendo Wii: - The Adventures of Tintin: The Game - Fortune Street - JAWS: Ultimate Predator - The Oregon Trail Xbox 360: - The Adventures of Tintin: The Game PlayStation 3: - The Adventures of Tintin: The Game - Final Fantasy VI (PSOne Classic) - Just Dance 3 (PlayStation Move) Nintendo 3DS: - The Adventures of Tintin: The Game - Face Racers: Photo Finish - Mario Kart 7 - The Oregon Trail - Outdoors Unleashed: Africa 3D - Outdoors Unleashed: Alaska 3D PC: - The Adventures of Tintin: The Game - Barbarian: The Ultimate Warrior - CrimeCraft: GangWars (online) Games Released in Europe: The PlayStation 3 version of Just Dance 3 is the only title scheduled to ship this week in Europe, according to retailer GAME. PlayStation 3: - Just Dance 3 (PlayStation Move) Games Released in Japan: Capcom's action-RPG Monster Hunter 3G launches in Japan this week alongside the Circle Pad Pro, a peripheral that adds a second analog stick and additional shoulder buttons to the 3DS's control layout. Other major titles premiering in Japan this week include Bethesda's open-world RPG The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Konami's Magician's Quest sequel Tongari Boushi to Oshare na Mahou Tsukai, and an upgraded DS version of Crea-Tech's Super NES RPG Metal Max 2.
