Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list. This week brings Borderlands 2, F1 2012, and Kirby's Dream Collection to retailers in the United States, as Jet Set Radio and La-Mulana headline the week's digital lineup. The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending September 22nd, 2012. Games Released in the United States: Gearbox Software's co-op first-person shooter sequel Borderlands 2 debuts for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC platforms in North America and Europe this week, boasting an expanded weapons customization system, new vehicles, and dynamic quest mechanics. Also arriving on store shelves this week is Nintendo's Kirby series compilation Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition and Codemasters' racing franchise update F1 2012, along with a variety of new Kinect-compatible titles for the Xbox 360. Downloadable highlights include a long-awaited WiiWare release for Nigoro's MSX-styled platformer La-Mulana and a multiplatform remake of Sega's Dreamcast classic Jet Set Radio.
