Popular social game Triple Town comes to iOS, Android

Newsbrief: Spry Fox's popular Facebook title Triple Town, currently in open beta on the social network website and with 130,000 monthly active users, has made the transition to mobile platforms. The game is now available to download for free from the Apple App Store and the Android Marketplace for iOS and Android devices. The mobile versions follow the same monetization system as the Facebook version, with microtransactions available to help players out of tight situations in the game. The release of the second-best social game of the 2011 comes a week after Spry Fox revealed that it has partnered with Disney-subsidiary Playdom to publish the game.
