Nintendo of America has announced a new partnership with a real estate company that pushes the number of complimentary 3DS Wi-Fi hotspots to over 25,000 nationwide, the company said. The new partnership is with Simon Property Group, a retail real estate company, who will provide unrestricted access at nearly 200 of its shopping malls. “With thousands of free Wi-Fi access points through our alliances, Nintendo 3DS users across the country can instantly enjoy one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences wherever and whenever they like,” said Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime. The partnership comes on the heels of previously-announced deals to bring complimentary access to over 1,000 Best Buy stores and nearly 24,000 AT&T Wi-Fi hotspots. Nintendo also announced the initial lineup for its 3DS digital storefront earlier today.
