God of War has sold 19.5 million copies since launching in 2018, and is now heading to PC.

Sony broke the news in a blog post and announced plans to bring the PS4 title to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on January 14, 2022.

God of War is the latest in a growing number of PlayStation Studios exclusives to make the leap to PC, with projects like Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone having also being ported over in recent years.

Sony said it wanted to bring God of War to PC to "highlight the exceptional content the [Santa Monica Studio] team has created" while leveraging "powerful" platform hardware.

The PC version of God of War will include a wide range of graphical presets and customization options, DualShock 4 and DualSense support alongside keyboard mapping, full integration with NVIDIA DLSS on RTX, and support for true 4K resolution and 21:9 ultra-widescreen ratios.
