: Korean mobile publisher Gamevil ended 2013 with multiple acquisitions and equity investments
under its belt -- and going into 2014, it doesn't look like the company plans to slow down on this front.
The company said today that is has made equity investments in mobile game studio Boolean Games. Gamevil published Boolean's Dark Avenger
on mobile last year, and with this investment, now holds a long-term partnership with the dev studio that includes publishing rights for upcoming Boolean titles.
Gamevil noted that Dark Avenger
saw over 10 million downloads worldwide, and pulled in $10 million in revenue. Boolean Games plans to release a sequel before the end of the year.
