Newsbrief: Square Enix Montreal has been experimenting with tablet and smartphone spinoffs for its popular Hitman series, and this week revealed a surprising touchscreen-based take on the franchise. While IO Interactive is working on a new Hitman game for consoles, Square Enix Montreal has unveiled Hitman GO, a turn-based strategy game based around diorama-style levels, and moving along set paths to sneak around enemies. It's being developed by a small team, so as to allow Square Enix to iterate on the concept more quickly. The game is due to launch soon -- more details can be found on the Hitman blog.
